Daniel Griffith
Daniel Griffith is a dedicated and passionate professional with 18 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, including major infrastructure, drilling, and renewable energy solutions. His career has been shaped by a genuine love for problem-solving and a meticulous
approach to every project he undertakes. Daniel is known for his strong client focus, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.
Throughout his career, Daniel has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt to changing environments, driven by a commitment to continuous learning and growth. Whether leading a team or working independently, his emphasis on quality and safety has consistently earned him the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time at his allotment, where he grows his own vegetables—a reflection of his appreciation for sustainable living. He’s also a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and loves working on cars, often tinkering with engines in his spare time.

Ray Macklin
With over 40 yers of multiple industry experience, Ray Macklin has a dedicated approach to many industries that include but not limited to utilities, renewables, geothermal, geotechnical and major infrastructure projects.
Ray's hands-on approach and love for being on-site are central to his work ethos. In 1999, he took a significant step in his career by starting his own drilling company, which he continues to operate successfully to this day. His ability to adapt to evolving industry demands, combined with his dedication to continuous learning, has been a cornerstone of his professional journey. Ray's emphasis on quality and safety has earned him the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients throughout his career.
Outside of work, Ray has a passion for racing, particularly with his Westfield race car. He also enjoys gardening and is an active member of the AGS.
